According to certain Shane Pacalna Macapodi, who took the video and posted it on her Facebook account, a group of OFWs inside the basketball court asked the unnamed Arab when he passed by to give comment about Duterte.
The unidentified man in traditional Arab attire, as the video shows, was speaking to a Filipinos in both English and Tagalog urging them to vote for Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. Citing Davao City’s peace and order situation, among others, the man encouraged the audience to vote for Mr Duterte.
To everyone’s surprise, the Arab man recounted his experience when he visited Davao earlier. The Arab man went to ask OFWs to vote for Duterte.
