Kuwait -Eighteen Filipinos were arrested for vice practices at various massage parlors yesterday, said security sources.
Case papers indicate that residency detectives had been tipped off concerning indecent practices in some massage parlors in Salmiya.
Accordingly, three of these centers were raided and the suspects were arrested red-handed. They were immediately referred to health facilities to be medically examined and make sure they are free of infectious diseases.
