It’s Independence Day in the Philippines and Facebook is greeting every Filipino Facebook account holders a “Happy Independence Day!” But it seems like there’s some glitch with the image of the Philippine Flag on their Facebook’s greetings.
Blue above red means that the Philippines is at peace while red above blue indicates that the country is at war. On this Independence Day, Facebook seems like wanting to induce war to the Philippines as they greet every Filipino with a flag that indicates war (the image shows that the red is above blue). A certain Mok-Mok Camacho RN first detected the unintentional glitch.
If it’s a simple glitch then the technical team of Facebook should do something about it before the whole Filipino Nation gets totally disappointed with them. There’s even a law in the Philippines, indicating that anyone caught disrespecting the National Flag will be fined and imprisoned for a whole year
As of now, Facebook still hasn’t made any comments regarding the incorrect position of the national flag.
