Filipinos working in Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia can still claim their driver’s license in the Land Transportation Office in the Philippines even without personal appearance. Here are the steps to guide you along the way.
Step 1:
Download the application form available in the official website of the Land Transportation Office (LTO). You will need to provide your personal information, contact details and Philippine mission location. Fill out the form accordingly.

Step 2:
Scan the additional requirements listed below alongside the completely filled out application form.
- Passport (make sure to clearly show your identification, photo, and the passport page containing the latest arrival stamp and the country you are currently staying)
- Official Receipt of your LTO Driver’s License
- 2×2 picture with blue background (soft copy)
Step 3:
You now need to send all the scanned requirements to[ [email protected]]. Be sure to attach a photo that’s in JPG or PNG format.
Step 4:
LTO will send an email notifying you the delivery date of the driver’s license according to your preferred pick up point.
Step 5:
Go to the embassy or consulate for pick up on the date that appears in the notification email. Bring with you your passport alongside the official receipt from LTO.
