There’s an OFW who asked if she should follow her employer who forced her to use contraceptives to protect her from becoming pregnant during her vacation in the Philippines. Mr. Frection clearly stated that this is a violation of the domestic helper’s personal life.
Another OFW asked about the long service pay or severance pay. According to Frection, severance pay can only be issued if the employer is the one who will terminate the contract. Once the employee resigned, then he/she is not entitled for a severance pay.
