Philippines : How your nannies treat your children is very important especially because you leave them on their supervision for long period of time. Unfortunately, some nannies tend to change their behavior whenever you’re not around.
Same goes to this 1-year-old child who was abused by her nannies. Luckily, the abuse was captured on cam resulting to the arrest of her nannies.

You can see in the first clip that the yaya (ANNA MARGARET ZAMORA, 21) scared off our 1-yr olddaughter with a headless doll. Adriana got surprised and got scared that she went off balance, fellheadfirst & banged her head very hard against the floor. The yaya, with apparent indifference, justlaughed and didn’t even bother to lift her up.The maid JULY CANTELA GARCIA, 19, on the other hand, upon seeing Adriana hitting her head againstthe floor, threw the head of the doll to our daughters face to further torture scare her off while shecontinuously laughed her heart out and enjoyed herself SO SO MUCH while our daughter whimperedand scurried off due to terror. I heard my daughter in the 3 rd IP Camera (which they are attempting toalways cover with clothes/”sinampay” despite the provided laundry cubicle on the condo rooftop)whimpering and calling out her “mama”. This clearly constitutes cruelty and child abuse – physical,psychological and emotional maltreatment to our 1 year old baby!

Adriana was seen in the video, losing her balance and fell on the floor with her head first. Her parents were both working and left their child to her nannies, July Cantela Garcia and Anna Margaret Zamora. The two nannies didn’t even bother to help the young girl. Instead, they frightened Adriana with a “headless” doll. The girl cried more while the two women only laughed at her.

ANNA MARGARET ZAMORA (cruel yaya) is seen hitting our daughter’s right hand, flicked herhand twice, and finally took her hand to pinch & twist her fingers until our daughter wailed because of the inflicted pain. The yaya immediately covered our baby’s face & mouth to prevent her from crying.Afterwhich, the yaya further flicked our baby’s arm & threw our baby’s arm away with blunt force.

There were two clips posted in social media. In the second clip, one of the two nanny can be seen hitting the child’s right hand then pinched and twisted her fingers. The child wailed, clearly feeling pain, said Nathan, father of the child.

Our daughter Adriana was sleepy and was already drifting off to sleep but ANNA MARGARETZAMORA (cruel yaya) yanked her left arm to prevent from laying down on her lap. Adriana also wanted to sleep on her yaya’s lap but the apathetic yaya lifted Adriana’s head then pushed it very roughly so that our baby cannot sleep.

On the other hand, Nathan’s wife Shiela, daughter noticed that her lacks attachment to the two nannies.
Her suspicions got confirmed after they viewed the CCTV footage.

ANNA MARGARET ZAMORA (cruel yaya) started with us last November 2016 as an all-around maid and
applied as a yaya last Feb 2017 upon resignation of Adriana’s previous yaya. Anna asked her husband’s
niece JULY CANTELA GARCIA (daughter of her husband’s sister) to join her and apply as an all-around maid.
“On the same night, we asked them to immediately leave our home but upon full review of the CCTV, we decided to go after them & asked a police officer to arrest these suspects while they were walking towards the terminal. They are currently detained in a jail and the case is still on-going. We are worried that these suspects can bail out anytime because of the very low bail amount imposed on suspects for child abuse. These suspects have already admitted to habitually maltreating & inflicting pain on our baby Adriana,” said Nathan in a Facebook post.

The baby girl was very much affected by the horrible incident.
“We noticed that Adriana would intermittently hit her head with her hands. She is very jumpy, easily gets frightened, and easily gets surprised with trivial matters,” said her father. “We are set to meet with a child psychologist to check Adriana’s emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being and give us evaluation on the possible psycho trauma. The results of the evaluation will also be submitted to the court as supporting evidence.”
