A man who was caught stealing items set himself on fire, in front of the terrified customers.
According to reports, the man tried to steal some items inside the mall. Definitely, guards were able to catch him before he can escape. He was confronted and was allowed to go after paying the items he stole.
However, on that same day, the man returned to the mall carrying flammable items. Without further hesitation, he burned himself alive inside the same mall.
Security officials helped intervened and extinguish the fire. However, he still acquired second and third-degree burns when he was brought to the hospital.
The identity of the man remains unknown and he is now in the hospital being treated for the burns he acquired.
Mall officials are yet to comment on the issue.

What are second-degree and third-degree burns?
In the second-degree burn, epidermis and dermis are mostly affected or the lower layers of the skin. It can cause redness, pain, blistering and swelling in the skin. A third-degree burn, on the other hand, penetrates the dermis and affects deeper tissues. It is also called as full thickness burns and cases charred, blackened or white skin that can be numb.
