Recently, the Kuwait Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) required passengers going to Kuwait to a health certificate that proves they are negative of COVID-19.
“According to the health authorities instructions, all arrival passengers to Kuwait International Airport are required to submit a (PCR) certificate in the English language issued by one of the accredited laboratories,” says the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
The 10 countries with approved health centers are as follows:
- Egypt
- India
- Jordan
- Lebanon
- Turkey
- Bosnia
- Herzegovina
- Switzerland
- Pakistan
- Germany
- Azerbaijan
However, in an announcement made yesterday, August 1, DGCA announced that they have banned the entry of several countries with the most number of COVID-19 cases. These countries are regarded as “high-risk” and commercial flights to and from these countries are banned.
