In a viral post, a woman can be seen seating on the floor, feeling devastated after she learned that her money, jewelry, chocolates, and other expensive things were taken inside her luggage.
In one of the pictures, the Filipina took a picture of her luggage with a lock but was forcedly opened. The Filipina was already at the Davao International Airport when she noticed the lock in her luggage. It is said that the OFW had a stop-over at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) before going to Davao.
The OFW was really terribly sad because the stolen items were not hers but from her friends who asked her to give to their relatives in the Philippines.
Netizens couldn’t help but sympathized on the situation of the OFW.
“Yun mga kawatan na yan dapat tinatamaan ng virus. Babalik ss inyo yan mga bro. Karma lang,” says one angry netizen.
“Ang lungkot isipin, na may mga magnanakaw pang natira jan sa loob ng NAIA,” says another netizen.
Others netizens also thought that it should be better to put personal and important belongings in the hand-carry bags instead of placing it inside the check-in luggage just so you won’t experience such situations.
