A lot of Filipinos from different parts of the world lost their jobs as the economic recession take its peak due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is very difficult to find jobs nowadays, much more for Filipinos whose companies are already experiencing financial problems even before the pandemic took place.
The loss of jobs resulted in Filipino workers returning to the Philippines and getting themselves tested of the COVID-19. There is no time frame as to when this pandemic will end. Expectedly, OFWs are the ones who will suffer from this economic crisis.
There are still no updates if the OFW in Dammam already received the much-needed help.
