A domestic worker was found lifeless inside her room in Hong Kong.
The employer of the 48-year-old OFW called the police after discovering that his maid was unconscious inside her room at Sea View Villa, Sai Kung.
The paramedics arrived at the employer’s house and the Filipina was pronounced dead on the scene.
Furthermore, the case was classified as ‘dead body found’ because the initial investigation suggests that there were no suspicious activities that caused the death of the OFW.
Another similar case happened at a residence in Rhythm Garden, Wong Tai Sin. It is said that the 43-year-old employer identified only as Cheung called the police because his domestic helper collapsed inside their residence.
Prior to the incident, the employer confirmed that his domestic worker suffered from neck pain, headaches and nose bleed. The employer went out but when he returned to his home, he found the domestic worker unconscious.
The employer called the police and they arrived at the scene together with paramedics. The domestic worker was taken to the Queen Elizabeth hospital. In the hospital, the Filipina gained consciousness and the case was viewed as ‘a person collapsed.’
